Accommodation:
We will stay at the Matsutake-sansou ryoukan (typical Japanese style guesthouse). The ryoukan has it's own Onsen (natural hot springs) and we will sleep in tatami rooms. In the main building there are eight twin share rooms, one room for 4 people, two rooms for 5 people and one room for 8 people. There is another building available should the need arise (early confirmation will therefore be much appreciated). The websiste: http://www.matsutake-sansou.jp/
Training Venue:
The early morning sessions will be held in the baseball field next to the ryoukan, so suitable footwear will be required. We have also booked a large gymnasium nearby for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

Exam:
An exam has been scheduled with Nishioka Sensei, so those who would like to grade for Dan/Kyu with Sei Ryu Kai please inform us of your intention to test.
Food:
Japanese style. The kitchen can cater for meals without meat, without pork or without seafood. They won't be able to cater for more complicated allergies like wheat allergy, but please contact us and we'll discuss what can be done.
Laundry:
A laundry service is available for Keiko-gi's.
Thick gi's - JY500
Thin gi's - JY250
